News are published periodically as reports and updating on the main topics of public and administrative law. Case law, statutory instruments, bibliographic reports and other documents of interest are published likewise. The overall section is organized in surveys focusing on main topics of public and administrative law.

The reports are collected in biennial issues.

All the contributions received by this Review are selected by the Editors and Editorial Boards and, are submitted to external evaluators without identifying marks for the double-blind peer-review process. Instructions for submission of contributions, peer-review and publication process are available at this link.

The correspondence among the topics of different languages is only tendential and partial at times (ex: services publics and public utilities), since they are not mere translations but research choices of the national survey groups subject to amendments.
