Leonardo Ferrara

Leonardo Ferrara (Florence, 1960) is Full Professor of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Florence (Italy).

He taught Public Law at the Faculty of Economics, University Ca’ Foscari of Venice (Italy).

He’s member of board of Directors of Diritto amministrativo and Munus/Legal Journal of Public Services, member of Editorial board of Foro amministrativo/Consiglio di Stato and Istituzioni del federalismo. Since 2001 he is coordinator of Gruppo San Martino.

His prevailing research interests are some fundamental legal concepts (legal system, principles, rights and interests), judicial review of administrative acts, sports regulation.
