I CON, das International Journal of Constitutional Law, das sich dem transnationalen Verfassungsrecht widmet, wird an der NYU Law School herausgegeben und von der Oxford University Press publiziert. Die englischsprachige Zeitschrift erschien erstmals im Januar 2003 und wird seither vierteljährlich veröffentlicht.
I CON ist die einzige Zeitschrift, die eine rechtsvergleichende Analyse verfassungsrechtlicher Fragen liefert. Sie hat eine repräsentative Zahl an internationalen Herausgebern und an Mitgliedern im Beirat. Die Zeitschrift untersucht eine Reihe theoretischer und praktischer Fragen und bietet kritische Analysen aktueller Debatten.
